

I was looking for some information in my computer and I found this artist, who uses food as her medium.
Her name is Edgar Artis. She transform ordinary food into extraordinary piece of Art. I couldn’t help but think of my own book.

For me, cooking and art are deeply connected, when we cook with intention and creativity, we are not just feeding our bodies, but also our hearts and minds.
I hope this perspective inspires you to approach cooking with a newfound sense of connection.



In resume what I want to say is:
FOOD FEELS LIKE ART TO ME
Before recipes, I spent years working with finishes-not just colors,but textures,depth and design.
That trained my eye to notice how different elements work together.
