As a single mom of two, she has worked tirelessly to build a better life, never losing sight of their dreams. Prior to her culinary ventures she ran a luxury Finishes company, showcasing her eye for design and color. With more than 25 years of experience in the food industry, Currently She co-owns a company specializing in artisanal Chimichurri Sauce with her son. She has discovered a new passion for writing with this book. Her love for cultural diversity drives her to engage people from diverse backgrounds and learn about their traditions. Through her cooking and writing, she celebrates the beauty of diversity, the power of rising above challenges and the joy of sharing recipes and traditions with others.
